jobbot is a personal job-application agent. Jeremy Millet runs it for his own job search, and it applies only for him.
It finds job postings that fit Jeremy, then fills out his applications on employers' career sites and job boards, one application at a time. Volume is one person's: at most 20 applications a day and usually far fewer, with pauses between page loads.
It doesn't crawl sites in bulk or copy their content. It doesn't solve CAPTCHAs: when a site challenges it, it stops for the day. It never applies on anyone else's behalf.
